You need to use the emergency release to disengage the motor if you want to manually move the doors up and down. They should move easily if the springs are properly adjusted.

I just got the service today. Startup was ruff with the app crashing several times but once i got it working it is fine. Averaging 350 down and 40 up. Only thing is the ping. My ping is around 80MS. Would like it to be half that. But all streaming services start instanly and you tube loads fast so I am satisfied. I live in a unique area at a Ski Resort in WA state. Around 60% of the time I share the tower with only 5 or 6 other people. The tower is literally behind my RV.

tmobile just made their service avabile for address with the tower being .5 miles away im kinda wondering what speeds ill get since i can pretty much see the tower from the driveway

I was concerned that the camera mount is different from all other eufy cameras I already have and I thought you could only adjust it up and down. But you showed how to get a side to side adjustment from the mount really easily with clear instructions. Thank you.

@Nater Tater - I just got AT&T Internet Air on my business account. I'm averaging 500 Mbps / 55 Mbps so far. The gateway is different. A smaller box. So far so good!

If you live a mile or more from a TMobile Tower, then don't get TMobile Home Internet. Get Cable or Fiber Optic if you can.

I got mine because my old Nokia died. I had to remove my external connectors on it. I was so happy to see external connectors on this one.

I have the e340 and homebase 3 and only have one camera so I'm trying to decide what size hard drive to buy. I don't think the app is very good. I don't think it's designed very well. If I try to record live it seems to only record and save to my phone and not to the home base 3, but if it detects motion and records by itself then it will save it to the home base I think. I can't tell where it's being saved to. I look under events and it shows videos but it doesn't tell me where it's stored at. The video doorbell has 8 gbs of on-board storage. The home base also doesn't ring when I press the doorbell. I hear the doorbell when I press the button on the doorbell but it doesn't ring on the homebase. There is also a lot of motion outside my door so I think I need to buy an extra battery just in case.

anybody having a problem with this gateway constantly rebooting itself? mine keeps doing it and i already talked to tech multiple times and swapped gateways with new one and it keeps doing it. tried different power cable that provides 65 watts vs its provided cable that goes up to 45 watts. still no fix. im about to try 3rd party router, reinserting sim card. i have external 4x4 MIMO antenna and when it works my speeds are great with 500ish down 20-50 up and idle ping 20-25.

Hooked my new Zapperbox M1 up a little while ago. Not impressed at all. Gets fewer channels than the ATSC 1 tuner in the 7 year old LG 4K tv (not an OLED) it's connected to picks up. Picture quality is horrible. Returning for a refund. IMO do not buy one.

I have offers from Toro and Cub cadet. I don't have any trees to go around (except 2-3 very old, large oaks). so mowing can be quick because there are no obstacles. very few slopes and difficult angles. What would you recommend as a model?

I have just recently started having issues..I will do a speed test and completely sporadic from 60 down and .79 up or jus tested it just now at 197 down and 42 up with multiple tests reflecting this as a speed test. The problem is when i go to download anything....lets say steam and it will only download in the KBPS. This isnt a singular instance as downloading in multiple launchers does the same thing or a direct download from browser. I call and have a tech look at my equipment remotely and it shows a generic speed test as if i was doing one myself... I have no idea what is going on and dont have the option for any other carrier service because Att is the only tower remotely close so im stuck with this and frontier 18mbps service

You are wrong. It is not a digital zoom. It just use a different lens for closeup and different lens for wide view.

At first, I was going back to Spectrum, but I noticed my T-Mobile home internet would get 5G. Since I ordered my internet about 60 days ago, it always stayed at 4G, and it stayed under 72 Mbps. Now it's 460.90 Mbps. I'm not sure what happened 60 days ago, but I like how fast it's going.

Nater I contacted waveform and asked them if they could create an RV wire similar to the window wire that can be placed through the slide out seals and would be longer and more flexible than the stiff extension cables they offer. Maybe you could suggest this on behalf of the RV community. Thanks

Nate, I live in San Antonio Texas. The coverage here is great. The problem is that T-Mobile, Google and Verizon all tell me that I cant get internet at my address. I have spectrum and the service is great, but they went up on the rate, but they are offering new customers a rate of 49.95 I am moving my cell to mint, and I have the information on the wireless router but no one offers a data card that will be enough to my current unlimited plan. Is there any other options?

Thanks for making the video. It was nicely done. Currently, I have 3 Blink Minis and an Outdoor 4. I subscribed to the service for $10/month. I have the Android app on my Google phone. The two problems I have EVERY DAY are about half the time if I try to disarm the system or turn off (or on) motion detection on one camera, I get a message that says it CAN'T CONNECT TO THE BLINK SERVER. CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. But it's NEVER my internet connection. Their servers are probably maxed out. The other issue: sometimes the videos where motion was detected are either BLACK for the first 8 or 10 seconds or VERY DIM. Not EVERY time, of course, but about once every 8 or 10 videos. Neither problem is a deal breaker for me, but it's irritating. I haven't had too many issues with the cameras missing motion detection situations, but I get a few false positives. Off subject: when I bought the Blinks a couple of months ago, I also got an Alexa Echo Show 8 and an Echo Show 5. I'm VERY SORRY I bought them. Alexa is brain dead most of the time (compared to, "Hey Google"), and the devices are basically marketing tools. And I'm getting more and more sponsored stuff. Plus, the 'Drop In' feature doesn't work right about half the time. Both devices will eventually end up in a closet somewhere. Or I'll give them to somebody I don't like. LOL!

I’m so glad they are finally doing something about the traveling data suckers that have been abusing what this was intended for. Most of these crooks travel to locations where there’s already high speed internet but instead of utilizing it they just keep ripping it away from those of us that have no other choice but to use this service. Thank you T-Mobile it won’t bother me for you to raise their price even more.

hello , i was talking yerterday with t-mobile costumer service and they said that this 1tb caps is only for new costumer or contrats, for people with old service no have that limit , any idea about this ??
